CASE DESCRIPTION:

The patient presented with a compromised lower dentition, requiring extraction of the remaining teeth. Dr. Nik skillfully performed immediate implant placement, placing 4 Conelog Progressive dental implants from Biohorizons.

Recognizing the thin buccal plate, Dr. Nik meticulously augmented the remaining bone using a blend of allograft and autogenous bone, then secured a collagen membrane with periosteal sutures for optimal stability. Ten weeks later, Dr. Nik placed locators and designed a Locator overdenture, with the custom prosthetic created by Gosia Ciepiela.
