This patient experienced a life-changing transformation after dealing with chronic medical issues that led to neglected dental hygiene and failed upper and lower teeth. After extracting the remaining teeth, we decided to move forward with implant placements and locator overdentures. These restorations offer the benefits of easy cleaning, better stability, and improved support for the lip and facial structure. Four dental implants were placed in each jaw, and provisional dentures were provided. A soft tissue surgery was done to ensure thick, healthy tissue around the implants. The final implant overdentures were placed, and the patient was thrilled with the results.
