Case Study 2

This case features a patient with a failed lower dentition, where we began by extracting the remaining teeth and immediately placing four dental implants.

Due to a thin buccal plate, we enhanced the remaining bone with a blend of allograft and autogenous bone, using a collagen membrane stabilized with periosteal sutures. After 10 weeks of healing, locators were successfully placed, and a locator overdenture was fitted, providing the patient with a functional and natural-looking smile.
