CASE DESCRIPTION:

The patient presented with a failed upper dentition, requiring a comprehensive and prosthetically driven approach. Dr. Nik meticulously planned the implant placement using advanced guided surgery, placing 6 Conelog Progressive implants from Biohorizons with precision. Allograft (Mineross) was strategically placed in the sockets to optimize bone regeneration.

To enhance the thickness and quality of the surrounding soft tissue, connective tissue grafts were harvested from the tuberosity and carefully fixed around the implants.

A printed titanium-reinforced composite provisional restoration was adjusted by Gosia Ciepiela, to ensure ideal fit and function. Dr. Nik then performed coronal advancement of the soft tissue using sling sutures around the provisional restoration, further improving soft tissue architecture and support. A panoramic x-ray was taken immediately after the placement of the implants and the bridge, confirming the accurate positioning and successful outcomes
