CASE DESCRIPTION:

The patient presented with a failed implant in the aesthetic zone, primarily due to improper buccal positioning and associated facial bone loss. This resulted in both functional concerns and significant aesthetic compromise, requiring a highly controlled and staged regenerative approach.
